Drawing on her experience across nonprofit leadership, family philanthropy, software, and strategic consulting at McKinsey & Company, Maya shares how technology can reduce administrative burdens, improve funder–grantee relationships, and unlock more equitable access to funding.
We explore the intersection of tech and the nonprofit sector, the promise and risks of AI in grantmaking, and why better data systems can lead to more effective philanthropy. Maya also discusses how foundations can rethink their processes to better serve the communities they aim to impact.
